A Special Gift

So, I don’t know about you, but sometimes I feel like I need to buy my husband a gift that is totally different than all of the other gifts that I have ever bought for him. I mean, I don’t know about you, but it seems like my relationship with my husband always falls into the same recurring patterns which are very cyclical, and one of the ways in which this manifests is the gifts in which we buy for each other.

For example, he always buys me jewelry… I have no complaints with this, but I do feel like when I am buying him a gift that I should find something that is a little more unique than what I always do. You see, what I always do, is buy him some kind of camping gear or other type of outdoor good. He loves it, he never has any complains. But, I was on the Survival Cooking website, which I used to gain a balanced perspective of all sorts of camping supplies, because it is a source of very well written material and reviews on all types of tents, coolers, tumblers, Stills, and Grill, and even ovens, but I realize that maybe I didn’t want to get him outdoor gear this year.

I thought about a moment recently when we were out for dinner with some very good friends at a fancy restaurant for a special occasion comma my friend’s husband, Steven, was wearing and incredibly beautiful watch. My husband admired the watch, and he felt kind of embarrassed about his. My husband’s watch is very old and it has a lot of sentimental value, but it’s not exactly Gathering compliments at Social functions, if you know what I mean, so I think I am going to buy him a new watch. I was looking at the best watches under 500, and there are some really good deals. There are some amazing watches that are not very expensive that I think that he would absolutely love, so I do feel as if I may end up buying my husband a brand new and beautiful watch for his birthday this year.
